When I was in Belfast one of the products I bought was Palmer's Dark Chocolate and Peppermint Lip Butter. I'm a big fan of Palmer's hand cream so I was very interested in a lip butter! This lip butter is designed to soften and sooth dry chapped lips with Cocoa butter and peppermint oil, while adding a subtle gloss. It smells AMAZING just like After Eight chocolates! The peppermint oil also is designed to freshen breath naturally. Pretty handy eh?
The Lip Butter comes in a small tube 10g. Its a squeezey tube so no product will be wasted. The packaging design is simple like the hand creams and body butters. 100% pure Cocoa butter is used so it feels very creamy and moisturising. The lip butter itself is clear and non sticky. I love the fact that the formula is non sticky. This is great for Irish weather as I hate when it's windy and my hair sticks to my lip gloss! It's the perfect gloss for during the day.
Moisture wise it properly would not be as good as Carmex but the smell is divine! If you are a chocolate fan this will give you your chocolate fix without the calories! Price wise it's not too expensive. I paid £2.75 up north so I would say it's about €3.50 in the Republic. I will definitely repurchase this again!
Have you tried this lip butter yet?
